Requirements
- Consulting skills and experience
- Experience across various GHR and/or Finance COE’s
- Strong business acumen with excellent problem-solving capabilities and superior analytical skills
- Experience with business intelligence tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate analytics insights to a non-technical audience
- Ability to manage ambiguity; thrives in a fast pace, constantly changing environment; can adapt plans due to changes in priorities and clients’ objectives
Responsibilities
- Consulting with HRBP’s to provide insights, recommendations and analysis in support of leaderships strategic goals
- Consulting with business, finance and GHR leaders to build an informed workforce budget
- Providing strategic direction for key workforce trends, metrics and ad hoc analysis
- Provide analytics and associated data visualizations that helps leaders better understand their workforce
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to inform leadership on urgent workforce related matters
- Provide consultation, develop research/ project plan, analyses, data interpretation, and presentation
