Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the workforce management, total rewards, or similar industry.
- Experience selling into middle and large-sized organizations in the Florida, Georgia and/or mid-Atlantic territory.
- Successful professional service sales experience with a focus on driving new business and managing a highly complex matrix-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive net new business sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our comprehensive suite of workforce and total rewards solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling sales proposals and presentations and negotiate and close contracts.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions and differentiate them from competitors.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate records.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, with demonstrated long-term sales success and readiness to verify with numbers and rankings against peers.
- Strong business acumen to understand diverse client challenges, and innate curiosity to explore and tailor solutions without preconceived notions.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trusted advisor status and marshal the right people and resources to close deals.
- Ability to articulate your sales funnel, including how you identify, research, profile, and prospect accounts.
