Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive space planning experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Possesses cost awareness and user perspective, quality, and cost of real estate delivery projects, and be able to identify and respond quickly to project risks.

Responsibilities

  • Implement creative workspace solutions based on available seat capacity and overall team size, while understanding each business unit’s workspace requirements and team adjacency preferences.
  • Develop and execute workplace planning strategies that align with organizational goals, headcount forecasts, and each team’s work models. Leverage data-driven insights, scenario modeling, and stakeholder engagement to create scalable and future-ready space plans. Ensure strategies support business agility, employee productivity, and efficient space utilization.
  • Provide tailored space usage recommendations and coordinate with administration, facilities, IT, and other relevant teams to support diverse space requests including workstations, lab space, war rooms and storage areas.
  • Proactively identify operational challenges and bottlenecks within real estate functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions that enhance workspace efficiency.
  • Regularly monitor relevant data such as vacancy rate and cost, and conduct in-depth analysis to continuously optimize the efficiency of workspace usage to improve the overall employee experience.
  • Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to space management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Progressive experience in corporate real estate, ideally within Tech/Media/Entertainment industry
  • Background in construction or architecture is highly desirable.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can build strong working relationships with various stakeholders.
