Requirements
- 3+ years job experience as a program manager, or team lead in global organizations
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent project management skills, experience working in a matrix organization
- Proven Expertise in Operations Order to Cash process and systems
- Proven Experience with SAP ECC 6
- Proven Experience in working in both cross functional and global contexts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate at all organizational levels
- Exec Presence – proven ability to effectively and succinctly present complex topics, initiatives, post-mortem, proposals to a diverse leadership audience
- Problem Solving techniques for issue resolution
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with our business partners on the status of systems issues and resolution strategy
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills required to serve diverse customer base and deal effectively with escalating issues
Responsibilities
- Manage Roadmaps and drive enhancements for NPI Tools and Products
- NPI Event management- Cadence setups, Comms planning, stakeholder engagement
- Post NPI activities – debriefing , Post ops
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing SLA’s for Systems/Application performance
- Proven Experience with Business Intelligence, AI/ML technologies
- Customer Focused: Passionate about the customer experience
- Understanding of the B2B operations fulfillment process
