Requirements
- Bachelors degree in physics, optical engineering, photonics or mathematics and 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Masters degree in physics, optics, optical engineering, photonics, or mathematics and 1+ internships in a manufacturing environment
- Mechanical, physics or optical background
Responsibilities
- Help to support, troubleshoot and diagnose any technical issues for the module
- Develop production sequence and routings.
- Develop technical work instructions.
- Support in-production issues escalated by FLS with concise troubleshooting and action plans.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and cycle time reduction.
- Review failure analysis reports from suppliers and help validate the root-cause of the failure.
- Interface with internal and external customers to address module failure root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Own SPC development and implementation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with metrology equipment is a plus
