Zero Trust Lead

5+ years of experience with IT Operations or Cybersecurity
2+ years of experience with technical project delivery for large, complex organizations
Experience authoring or driving the development of compelling thought leadership, content, and messaging aligned to Zero Trust and other strategic business priorities
Knowledge of Zero Trust solutions, roadmaps and capabilities in alignment with Industry standards
Knowledge of networking, ICAM, SASE, ZNTA, CASB, Cloud, and AI
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Implement a first-of-its-kind Zero Trust (ZT) solution within the DoD
Apply program management techniques to ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery of ZT products
Lead teams of engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and help desk analysts in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the ZT solution
Act as a liaison between the client organization and the firm to identify and manage reach-back support for new technical requirements and subject matter expertise, as needed
Work with the client to shape activities with the statement of work, organizational strategic plans, and its associated goals and objectives
Identify opportunities to improve program management processes and identify change management issues or requirements related to strategic implementation

Experience engaging with Zero Trust organizations such as DoD, CIO or CISA
Experience in a cybersecurity compliance, operations, or engineering role
Experience with innovative cybersecurity capabilities, including A&O, AI and machine learning, NGFW, and Big Data
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Possession of excellent strategic and creative thinking skills
Bachelor’s degree
Information Security Certification, including CEH, CISM, CCSP, CCSK, CISSP, or CompTIA Security+ Certification
